Mix flour, cornflour, salt, and hot oil in a bowl.

Add hot water and prepare a dough. The water should be just before boiling.

Keep the dough to rest for 30 minutes.

Add chicken breast pieces, carrots, onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic, and lemon peel in a blender.

Add coriander leaves, blend, and transfer to a bowl.

Add soya sauce, black pepper powder, salt, and hot oil to it and mix.

Mix chili flakes, white sesame seeds, red chili powder and Kashmiri red chili powder in a bowl.

Fry garlic in oil in a pan and pour the garlic and oil to the mixture and mix well.

Prepare a dipping sauce with soya sauce, tomato sauce, lemon juice, honey, water and chili oil.

Punch the dough to deflate and divide the dough into four parts.

Roll out a portion of the dough.

Cut out round shapes from the rolled dough.

Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each circle.

Pleat and seal the edges to form momos.

Spread some flour on a plate and transfer the momos to it.

Cover the plate with a poly and keep it in the deep freezer.

Add some oil to a pan, place the momos on it, add water and cover the pan.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Flip the momos, and cook for 5 minutes.

Transfer to a plate and add the dipping sauce to it.

0.25 cup cornflour
0.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp hot oil
0.5 cup hot water

some cloves garlic
some lemon peel green part
1 handful coriander leaves
some soya sauce
some black pepper powder
some salt
2 tbsp hot oil
2 tbsp chili flakes
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
2 tbsp garlic
0.5 cup oil
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
2 tsp water
2 tbsp chili oil
some oil
1 cup water

Tips
Adding lemon peel gives a nice flavor to momos.
Hot oil and hot water are used to prepare the momo dough.
Restaurant follows these tricks to keep the momos' stuffing fresh for a long time.
