Directions

  1. 1Brown garlic and shallots in olive oil.
  2. 2Add the tomato paste and spices. Stir.
  3. 3Add pasta cooking water, cream and stir.
  4. 4Add the cooked pasta and stir.
  5. 5Add the mozzarella and stir.

Ingredients

  • drizzle olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • spices salt
  • spices pepper
  • spices pili-pili
  • spices parsley
  • bit pasta cooking water
  • 100 ml double cream
  • 200 g uncooked rigatoni
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • for the topping Basil
