Directions

  1. 1Melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic.
  2. 2Add heavy cream, stirring constantly.
  3. 3Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, stirring until it thickens.
  4. 4Reduce heat to low and pour in frozen tortellini.
  5. 5Spread pasta out evenly in pan, cover with a lid, and cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6Top with 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese and parsley.

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 TBSP minced garlic
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1.25 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 19 oz frozen tortellini
  • 1 TBSP parsley
