7Mix everything really well with your hand.
8Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish over the potatoes, completely covering them.
9Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
10After 40 minutes, take the baking dish out of the oven.
11In a separate bowl, add one diced tomato, 150 grams of shredded mozzarella, one egg, one tablespoon of mayonnaise, one tablespoon of cottage cheese, and one tablespoon of mustard.
12Mix the ingredients in the bowl very well until it becomes smooth and creamy.
13Take portions of this mixture and spread them evenly over the chicken and potatoes in the baking dish.
14Bake again at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
