Barbecue Chip Chicken

Directions

  1. 1Add a cup and a half of Duke's mayo, three tablespoons of Dijon mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. 2Set the sauce aside and prepare the chicken breast tenderloins by removing the tendons using a fork and paper towel.
  3. 3Coat the chicken tenderloins in the prepared sauce.
  4. 4Crunch up a family-size bag of barbecue chips.
  5. 5Drop two or three pieces of chicken at a time into the crushed chips and shake to coat.
  6. 6Place the coated chicken on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with Pam.
  7. 7Bake in a 400-degree Fahrenheit oven for about 20 minutes.
  8. 8Let the chicken cool off a little before serving.

Tips

  • Use a fork and paper towel to easily remove the tendon from chicken tenderloins.
