Directions
- 1Grate the cheddar cheese using the coarse side of a box grater into a mixing bowl.
- 2Grate the carrot using the fine side of the box grater into the bowl.
- 3Finely dice the onion and add to the bowl.
- 4Add mayonnaise, english mustard, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Mix until evenly coated.

- 100 g mayonnaise
- 5 g english mustard
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 5 g chopped parsley
