Directions

  1. 1Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. 2Add the minced garlic and cook gently for 30 45 seconds until fragrant, not browned.
  3. 3Stir in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  4. 4Add paprika, cayenne, thyme, dried parsley, black pepper, and salt.
  5. 5Simmer on very low heat for 2 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. 6Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley.
  7. 7Taste and adjust salt, heat, or lemon as needed.
  8. 8Serve warm as a dipping sauce or drizzle over meat and vegetables.
