Directions
1
Add 3 and 1/3 cups of well-chilled heavy whipping cream to a bowl.
2
Beat the cream very well with a mixer until it stiffens and becomes creamy whipped cream.
3
Add 1 and 1/4 cups of cocoa powder (50% cocoa) to the whipped cream.
4
Mix these ingredients well with a spatula to fold in the chocolate first, avoiding splatters.
5
Remove excess from the spatula and beat well with the mixer to fully incorporate the cocoa powder.
6
Add 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk to the bowl.
7
Repeat the mixing process to fully incorporate the condensed milk, making the cream smoother and shinier.
8
Transfer the mixture to a larger bowl or pan.
9
Spread the ice cream mixture well in the pan.
10
Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
11
Serve a generous portion.
12
Optionally, add strawberry syrup on top or enjoy as is.
