Directions

  1. 1Remove the core from one head of cauliflower and break into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Make the batter: In a bowl, add 1 cup of gluten-free (or regular) flour, garlic powder, paprika, and 1 cup of milk or water; mix well.
  3. 3Fill a pot with oil and set to medium heat to get warm.
  4. 4Dip each cauliflower piece in the batter, then immediately place in the hot oil.
  5. 5Cook for about 4 minutes, or until crispy, and remove. Repeat with all cauliflower.
  6. 6After frying each cauliflower piece once, repeat the frying process one more time to get extra crispy.
  7. 7In one bowl, add Cloud23 hot habanero hot sauce; in another bowl, add Cloud23 sweet jalapeño hot sauce.
  8. 8Dip half of the cauliflower in the hot habanero sauce and the other half in the sweet jalapeño sauce.
  9. 9Place all the cauliflower on a baking sheet and broil for 5–7 minutes, or until the tops begin to darken.
  10. 10Serve and enjoy!
