Cheesy Chicken Broccoli and Rice Casserole

Directions
- 1Season chicken thighs with garlic pepper seasoning, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, and salt.
- 2Add olive oil and mix until evenly coated.
- 3In a pan, add butter.
- 4Cook the chicken thighs on each side for about 5 to 7 minutes until they are golden brown.
- 5Take the chicken off the heat and set aside.
- 6Add garlic to the same pan, mix well.
- 7Deglaze the pan with chicken broth, making sure to scrape all the brown bits from the bottom.
- 8Add cream of chicken with herb.
- 9Add heavy cream to the same can and pour it into the pan.
- 10Mix until evenly incorporated.
- 11Add freshly grated cheddar cheese and Boursin cheese.
- 12Top with sour cream and season with the same seasonings used for the chicken.
- 13Mix until it has a nice thick consistency.
- 14Add broccoli to salted water.
- 15Take the broccoli out and put it into an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
- 16Chop up the chicken and broccoli into desired size pieces.
- 17In a bowl, add cooked rice, chopped broccoli, and chopped chicken pieces.
- 18Cover with the cheese sauce and mix it up really good for even distribution.
- 19Add a bottom layer to a baking dish.
- 20Top with cheddar cheese.
- 21Add another layer of the mixture, smooth it out.
- 22Top with more cheddar cheese, ensuring it's even on top.
- 23Add to an oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 to 30 minutes.
- 24Garnish with paprika and parsley.
