Directions
- 1Add fingerling potatoes to the crockpot.
- 2Add chopped onion to the crockpot.
- 3Add beef stew meat to the crockpot.
- 4Season with salt.
- 5Season with pepper.
- 6Add steak seasoning.
- 7Add minced garlic.
- 8Add one stick of chopped butter.
- 9Pour in one cup of beef broth.
- 10Cover and cook on high for 3.5-4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours.
