Directions

  1. 1Fry the bacon.
  2. 2Fry the onion, add thyme and rosemary.
  3. 3Add butter, bay leaf and the livers.
  4. 4Add white wine, bacon, salt and pepper.
  5. 5Cook for 15-20 minutes.
  6. 6Blend it.
  7. 7Pour in a dish and cover with plastic film.

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 500 g pork livers
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
