Steak Bites Queso Dip

Directions

  1. 1Open the taco seasoning packet.
  2. 2Place chunks of white processed cheese into an aluminum pan.
  3. 3Add chunks of yellow processed cheese to the pan.
  4. 4Add diced onions.
  5. 5Add diced green chiles.
  6. 6Add diced tomatoes and green chiles.
  7. 7Sprinkle taco seasoning over the ingredients in the pan.
  8. 8Place the aluminum pan into the grill.
  9. 9Stir the ingredients in the pan with a wooden spoon.
  10. 10Close the grill and let it cook.
  11. 11Slice the ribeye steak into thin strips.
  12. 12Cut the steak strips into small cubes.
  13. 13Season the steak bites with taco seasoning.
  14. 14Mix the seasoning thoroughly with the steak bites.
  15. 15Transfer the seasoned steak bites to a hot griddle.
  16. 16Cook the steak bites, flipping them with a spatula until browned.
  17. 17Remove the cooked queso from the grill.
  18. 18Add the cooked steak bites on top of the queso.
  19. 19Serve and enjoy with tortilla chips.
