Steak Bites Queso Dip

Directions
- 1Open the taco seasoning packet.
- 2Place chunks of white processed cheese into an aluminum pan.
- 3Add chunks of yellow processed cheese to the pan.
- 4Add diced onions.
- 5Add diced green chiles.
- 6Add diced tomatoes and green chiles.
- 7Sprinkle taco seasoning over the ingredients in the pan.
- 8Place the aluminum pan into the grill.
- 9Stir the ingredients in the pan with a wooden spoon.
- 10Close the grill and let it cook.
- 11Slice the ribeye steak into thin strips.
- 12Cut the steak strips into small cubes.
- 13Season the steak bites with taco seasoning.
- 14Mix the seasoning thoroughly with the steak bites.
- 15Transfer the seasoned steak bites to a hot griddle.
- 16Cook the steak bites, flipping them with a spatula until browned.
- 17Remove the cooked queso from the grill.
- 18Add the cooked steak bites on top of the queso.
- 19Serve and enjoy with tortilla chips.
