- 1Cook the sirloin Philly steak in a skillet.
- 2Shred the steak as it cooks.
- 3Season the steak with Dan-O's Cheasoning Season, more spice, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- 4Remove the cooked steak from the heat.
- 5Add noodles to salted boiling water.
- 6Sauté minced garlic, onions, and peppers in a skillet.
- 7Melt down one block of cream cheese with the sautéed vegetables.
- 8Add beef broth after melting the cream cheese.
- 9Add mozzarella and pepper jack cheese to the mixture.
- 10Stir until the cheese is melted and combined.
- 11Season the sauce with the same seasonings used on the steak.
- 12Add the cooked noodles to the sauce.
- 13Mix the noodles thoroughly with the sauce.
- 14Add the cooked steak back into the pan with the pasta and sauce.
- 15Stir all ingredients together to combine and serve.
