Brown and drain 3 pounds of ground beef in a 12-quart pot.

Add in 1 pound of Jimmy Dean Hot breakfast sausage and do not drain it.

Add in 6 ounces of tomato paste and cook with the sausage until fully cooked.

When the sausage is fully cooked, add in one large chopped onion, three chopped fresh jalapeños, and nine cloves of chopped garlic.

Add 4 ounces of hatch green chili, two tablespoons of flavor time Southern seasoning, and 3 ounces of Williams original chili seasoning.

Stir everything together and cook for a few minutes until the vegetables soften up.

Add 44 ounces of diced tomatoes and 44 ounces of tomato sauce.

Stir everything together and place the lid on for a minimum of 1 hour (or 1.5 hours) on a low simmer.

Add in three cans of Bush's Chili Magic Campfire Style.

Stir these in, put the lid back on, and let simmer for an additional 30 minutes.

Add a splash of zippy sauce.
