Directions

1Mix 1 kg boneless chicken tenders or cut chicken in strips with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic granules, 1 tsp onion granules and 2 tbsp plain flour.
2Mix 3 cups of plain all purpose flour with 3 tbsp cornflour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp garlic granules and 1 tbsp onion granules.
3In a metal bowl, mix 1 cup of the mixed flour mixture with 1 egg, 1 tsp baking powder and a bit of cold water to make a runny batter.
4Take 4 medium potatoes, cut them in fries and mix them with 3 tbsp cornflour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic granules, 1 tsp onion granules and 1 tsp dried parsley.
5Double coat the chicken in the flour mixture and the batter.
