Drop chicken breasts into your slow cooker and spread them out evenly.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Sear your chicken after seasoning it, if desired.
Get 1 and 1/2 cups of chicken broth.
Add 3 tablespoons of corn starch to the chicken broth and whisk it all together.
Pour the mixture into your slow cooker.
Add a teaspoon of Italian seasoning, a half a teaspoon of salt, a half a teaspoon of pepper, a half a teaspoon of paprika, and a half a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes to the slow cooker.
Mix all the ingredients together quickly.
Put your chicken back in the slow cooker.
Cut up about four or five garlic cloves and mix them in.
Dry off and chop up about a third cup's worth of sun-dried tomatoes.
Sprinkle the sun-dried tomatoes on top of your chicken breasts.
Throw the lid on the slow cooker.
Set your slow cooker to low for 6 hours and wait.
When your chicken is done, take the lid off.
Using a meat thermometer or a fork, make sure the chicken is fully cooked and falling apart.
Carefully remove the chicken.
Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream.
Add a half a cup of fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
Once everything is mixed together, put your chicken back in.
