Directions

  1. 1Combine all meatball ingredients.
  2. 2Mix until combined.
  3. 3Sear meatballs in a hot pan until golden.
  4. 4Remove meatballs from the pan and add in garlic.
  5. 5Toast garlic briefly to wake up the flavor.
  6. 6Add the rest of the creamy orzo ingredients.
  7. 7Stir and bring to a simmer, then add the meatballs back in.
  8. 8Cook everything together until done.
