Viral Lasagna Soup

Directions
- 1Sauté onions and garlic in a pot.
- 2Add ground beef or Italian sausage (or a mix of both) and cook until browned.
- 3Add seasonings (dried oregano, dried parsley, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper) and tomato paste, and stir until the paste deepens in color.
- 4Pour in marinara sauce and chicken broth, then bring to a boil.
- 5Add broken-up lasagna sheets and cook until al dente.
- 6Stir in heavy cream, fresh parsley, basil, and spinach.
- 7Serve the lasagna soup, optionally topping with a mixture of ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, and basil.
- 8Store any leftovers in Rubbermaid Brilliance glass containers.
