Generously season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, thyme, oregano, and dried basil.
Finally dice a large shallot (onion) and crush and roughly chop some garlic.
Add a generous amount of olive oil to a large saucepan and carefully lay in the seasoned chicken.
Cook the chicken until fully cooked, then remove it and either chop or shred it.
Add a little more olive oil to the same saucepan, then add the garlic and shallots (onion).
Squeeze in a little bit of tomato paste (tomato puree) and add in a little bit of sun-dried tomatoes.
Add a whole lot of chicken stock and simmer for about 15 minutes.
After about 15 minutes, add in heavy cream (or yogurt as a substitute) and a good amount of grated Parmesan cheese.
After about 20 more minutes of simmering, add cold butter (not mentioned in description, only audio), the cooked chicken, gnocchi, and a handful of spinach.
Cover and let it cook for five more minutes.
