Directions
- 1Peel the sweet potatoes.

- 5In a bowl, combine melted butter, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 6Toss the sweet potato slices in the butter and seasoning mixture.
- 7Stack the sweet potato slices in the muffin tin.
- 8Add Parmesan cheese to the sweet potato slices and toss to coat.
- 9Stack the sweet potato slices coated with Parmesan cheese into the muffin tin.
- 10Cover the muffin tin with foil and bake.
- 11Remove the foil and bake again until buttery soft and slightly crispy.
