Orange Chicken

Directions
- 1Start with our chicken.
- 2Add salt and about a quarter cup of corn starch to coat the chicken.
- 3Fry the chicken in plenty of oil until it gets nice and crispy.
- 4Squeeze out about a cup of orange juice.
- 5Add orange zest to a bowl.
- 6Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, two cloves of garlic, and corn starch to the bowl.
- 7Whisk the sauce mixture together.
- 8Add the sauce mixture to a pan and cook it on medium heat until it starts to thicken up.
- 9Once the sauce thickens, add the chicken back in.
