Easy Lemon Cookies
Directions
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder, then add to the wet ingredients.
- 4Mix until you get a soft, sticky dough.
- 5Roll into golf ball-sized pieces, then toss in powdered sugar.
- 6Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 7Bake for 18–20 minutes, until lightly golden and set.
- 8Dust them with a little extra powdered Sugar before serving!

- 2 whole lemon zest

- 5 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
