Directions

  1. 1Heat a pan with some oil and butter.
  2. 2Add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom and peppercorns and fry until fragrant.
  3. 3Add finely chopped onions, saute until golden brown.
  4. 4Add green chilies, garlic, ginger and saute.
  5. 5Add chopped tomatoes and cashew nuts, saute till cooked.
  6. 6Add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and sugar.
  7. 7Cook for 5 minutes.
  8. 8Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  9. 9Grind into a smooth paste by adding some water.
  10. 10Heat the same pan with some butter, add the pureed gravy.
  11. 11Bring to a boil.
  12. 12Add garam masala, kasuri methi and chopped coriander leaves.
  13. 13Mix well.
  14. 14Add fresh cream and boil for 5 minutes.
  15. 15Set aside.
  16. 16In a bowl, add paneer, boiled potatoes, green chilies, salt, coriander leaves, and mash well.
  17. 17Add corn flour and mix well.
  18. 18Make small balls, stuffing each with raisins and chopped cashew nuts.
  19. 19Deep fry until golden brown.
  20. 20Place the koftas in a shallow dish and pour hot gravy over them.
  21. 21Serve hot.

  • 2 Nos Boiled Potato
  • 200 gms Paneer
  • 2 Nos Green Chili
  • 1 handful Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp Corn Flour
  • 1 handful Chopped Cashew Nuts & Raisin
  • 1 cup Oil
