Directions

  1. 1Add 220 grams of cottage cheese to a blender cup.
  2. 2Add 4 grams of taco seasoning.
  3. 3Blend until smooth, adding a tiny bit of water if needed to facilitate blending.
  4. 4Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  5. 5Add 28 grams of fat-free shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. 6Add a quarter cup of Rotel.
  7. 7Mix everything together.
  8. 8Microwave for about one minute.
  9. 9Give it a little mix.
