Directions

  1. 1In una ciotola, sbatti un uovo con 50g di zucchero.
  2. 2Aggiungi 65g di yogurt e la buccia grattugiata di un limone.
  3. 3Aggiungi 35g di olio.
  4. 4Aggiungi 75g di farina e mezza bustina di lievito.
  5. 5Mescola bene tutti gli ingredienti.
  6. 6Versa il composto nello stampo a forma di cuore.
  7. 7Inforna e cuoci finché non è cotto.
  8. 8Una volta cotto, lascia raffreddare e spolvera con zucchero a velo.
