Directions
- 1Pour the chocolate cake mix into a glass bowl.
- 2Add one can of cherry pie filling.
- 3Gently fold the ingredients together until well combined.
- 4Pour the batter into a pie dish.
- 5Bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 6In a separate bowl, mix whipped cream, chocolate pudding, espresso powder, and vanilla using a mixer with whisk attachment.
- 7Once the cake is 80% cool, top with the whipped cream mixture.
- 8Use a mini offset spatula to spread and smooth the whipped cream on the top of the cake.
