1In a bowl, mix together the chicken, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, vinegar and soya sauce. Mix well and let it sit for 2 minutes.
2Add corn flour, all purpose flour and one egg. Mix everything until well combined and the chicken is evenly coated. Let this marinate for half an hour.
3Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces on medium heat until golden brown. This takes around 6 to 7 minutes.
4In another pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and add finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies. Cook for 30 seconds.
5Add chopped onions and capsicum. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
6In a bowl, mix tomato red chilli sauce, schezwan sauce, green chilli sauce, dark soya sauce, vinegar, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix well.
7Add the prepared sauce to the pan with onions and capsicum. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
8Make a slurry by mixing 1 tbsp of corn flour with 3 tbsp of water. Add this to the sauce. Mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
9Add the fried chicken. Mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame.
10Add sesame seeds and a little oil to enhance flavor.
11Garnish with green coriander or spring onion. Serve hot.

Tips
Use corn flour for extra crispiness.
