Slice your steaks into cubes.

Season the steak cubes with salt, Italian herbs, chili flakes, garlic and onion powder, parsley, paprika, and olive oil.

Mix the seasoned steak until the color changes.

Slice your potatoes into small cubes.

Add the mixed veggies (broccoli florets, red onion, red bell pepper) to the potatoes.

Add the seasoning mix (garlic powder, paprika, Italian herbs, parsley, olive oil) and lots of parmesan to the potatoes and vegetables.

Mix the potatoes and vegetables well.

Oven bake or air fry the potatoes for 20-24 minutes at 160C/360F until beautifully golden and roasted.

Cook your steak bites in light butter for 3 to 4 minutes each side until golden and seared.

Lower the heat, add minced garlic and fresh parsley to the steak bites.

Mix the steak until juicy and delicious.

Set the beef aside.

In the same pan, add the extra seasoning (salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, parsley).

Let the seasoning toast for two minutes until fragrant.

Add low-fat milk, light cream cheese, and grated parmesan to the pan.

Stir until it melts.

Let the sauce thicken until rich and creamy.

900 g Raw White Potatoes, cubed
250 g Broccoli Florets, chopped
200 g Red Onion, chopped
200 g Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1.5 Tsp Garlic Powder
1.5 Tsp Paprika
1.5 Tsp Italian Herbs
1.5 Tsp Parsley
50 g Parmesan, grated
3 Tsp Olive Oil
10 g Reduced Fat Butter
0.5 Tsp Salt

Tips
Make sure the broccoli doesn’t overcook and burn when oven baking or air frying the potatoes.
