Macaroni and Cheese
Directions
- 1Take a pot of water and add a lot of salt.
- 2In a bowl, whisk together two eggs, a can of evaporated milk, a spoonful of Dijon mustard, a little hot sauce, a little salt and pepper.
- 3Cut American, provolone, and Swiss cheese into small pieces. Put them in a bowl and dust with cornstarch. Toss to coat.
- 4Drain cooked macaroni and put it in the same pot you cooked it in.
- 5Add four cubes of butter and the wet mixture to the macaroni.
- 6Add the cheese mixture to the macaroni.
- 7Stir until the cheese is melted and stringy. Season with a little salt and pepper.
