Directions

  1. 1Toast sourdough bread.
  2. 2Heat butter in the pan.
  3. 3Add sage leaves to the pan.
  4. 4Add sliced peaches to the pan and cook.
  5. 5Spread ricotta cheese on the toasted bread slices.
  6. 6Add the cooked peaches and sage to the ricotta cheese.
  7. 7Drizzle honey on top.
  8. 8Sprinkle red chili flakes.
  9. 9Sprinkle flaky sea salt.
  10. 10Serve and enjoy!

  • 4 tablespoons basket ricotta
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes
