1Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add in the ground beef.
2Cook the beef through.
3Add in the jar of pasta sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, and a little salt and pepper to preference.
4Reduce the heat and let the meat sauce continue to cook on low while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
5In a blender or food processor, add in the cottage cheese, half a cup of milk, half a cup of grated parmesan cheese, four cloves of garlic, and a little salt and pepper.
6Blend until the cottage cheese mixture is nice and smooth.
7Follow the instructions on the package to make the pasta.
8Strain the cooked pasta.
9Grab a 9x13 casserole dish and add in the cooked pasta and the alfredo sauce.
10Mix well until all the spaghetti is coated.
11Add the delicious meat sauce on top of the pasta.
12Top with the shredded cheese.
13Pop this in the oven on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes.
14Portion out to meal containers.
