Directions

  1. 1Start by adding cream cheese, avocado, cilantro, and pickled jalapeños to a food processor.
  2. 2Remove the stems from the pickled jalapeños.
  3. 3Add the carrots, onion, and juices from the pickled jalapeño can to the food processor.
  4. 4Add sour cream, chicken bouillon (or salt), black pepper, and lime juice to the food processor.
  5. 5Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  6. 6Pour the dip into a bowl and enjoy.
