6Add the fried potatoes and chopped parsley to the bowl and mix well to wilt the parsley.
7Add the grated gruyere cheese and fresh cream cheese and mix gently.
8Add the eggs one by one until the mixture is smooth. The number of eggs will depend on their size.
9Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
10Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
