Cajun Butter Pork Steaks

Serves 1

Directions

  1. 1Inject some pork steaks with Tony Sachry's butter injection.
  2. 2Season all over top with Killer Hogs Bayou blend or your favorite cajun rub. Don't forget the bottom and the sides. We want to make sure that we get full coverage.
  3. 3Put your pork steaks onto a 300° Outlaw Ringo.
  4. 4Close the lid, and cook them for 30 minutes before you flip them over just to make sure that we get a nice and even cook.
  5. 5Once your pork steaks reach around 195° and look nice and sexy just like you, you'll bring them inside and wrap them in some foil with some garlic and herb butter, the juice of half of a lemon, and then some more of that bayou blend.
  6. 6Wrap them up and set them to the side to rest for the next 30 minutes.
  7. 7After 30 minutes, unwrap your present and be met with an instant butter, cajun, and citrusy smell that'll have you and your guests ready to dig in.
