Directions

  1. 1Start by making the sauce: combine about a quarter cup of mayo, the juice from about half a lemon, about a tablespoon of soy sauce, a teaspoon of Dijon, one clove of garlic, and some chopped fresh dill.
  2. 2Mix all the sauce ingredients well.
  3. 3Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on the salmon.
  4. 4Drizzle the sauce over the salmon and coat it evenly with your hand.
  5. 5Place the salmon into the oven at 350°F (175°C).
  6. 6Bake for exactly 19 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 120°F (49°C).
  7. 7Let the salmon rest for about 5 minutes.
  8. 8Optionally, squeeze a little lemon over the salmon before serving.
