Directions
- 1Cut the baked brownies into squares.
- 2In a saucepan, add unsalted butter and semi-sweet chocolate.
- 3Melt the butter and chocolate at low heat.
- 4In a bowl, add granulated sugar and brown sugar.
- 5Add 2 eggs to the bowl.
- 6Whisk the ingredients until well combined.
- 7Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the mixture and whisk again.
- 8Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl and whisk until fully incorporated.
- 9Add cocoa powder and salt to the mixture.
- 10Add flour and mix until smooth.
- 11Add 1 cup of chocolate chunks to the mixture and gently fold them in.
- 12Pour the brownie batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- 13Spread the batter evenly in the pan.
- 14Bake at 350 F for 22 minutes.
