Yogurt Butter Chicken Kebabs In Air Fryer

Directions

  1. 1Add half kg chicken keema (mince), half chopped onion, 4 chopped green onions, 1 chopped pepper/capsicum, and half cup chopped coriander/cilantro to a bowl.
  2. 2Add 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp sumac, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 2 egg yolks, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, and 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (thick) to the bowl.
  3. 3Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  4. 4Make kebabs and place them on an air fryer tray or air fryer basket, lined with baking paper.
  5. 5Use a toothpick to make score marks on the kebabs.
  6. 6Place the tray with kebabs into the air fryer.
  7. 7Air fry at 200°C or 205°C for 15 minutes.
  8. 8Remove the kebabs from the air fryer after 15 minutes.
  9. 9Flip the kebabs to the other side.
  10. 10Place the kebabs back into the air fryer and air fry for another 5 minutes.
  11. 11Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
  12. 12Add 1 tsp sumac, 1 tsp paprika, and 1 tsp dried parsley to the melted butter.
  13. 13Let the butter mixture sizzle for a few seconds.
  14. 14Drizzle the butter mixture over the cooked kebabs.
