Add half kg chicken keema (mince), half chopped onion, 4 chopped green onions, 1 chopped pepper/capsicum, and half cup chopped coriander/cilantro to a bowl.

Add 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp sumac, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 2 egg yolks, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, and 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (thick) to the bowl.

Mix all ingredients together until well combined.

Make kebabs and place them on an air fryer tray or air fryer basket, lined with baking paper.

Use a toothpick to make score marks on the kebabs.

Place the tray with kebabs into the air fryer.

Air fry at 200°C or 205°C for 15 minutes.

Remove the kebabs from the air fryer after 15 minutes.

Flip the kebabs to the other side.

Place the kebabs back into the air fryer and air fry for another 5 minutes.

Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan.

Add 1 tsp sumac, 1 tsp paprika, and 1 tsp dried parsley to the melted butter.

Let the butter mixture sizzle for a few seconds.

Drizzle the butter mixture over the cooked kebabs.
