1Start by making the honey habanero sauce by adding light mayo, habanero hot sauce, honey, lime juice, salt and chili powder to a bowl and mix it all together.
2Put the honey habanero sauce to the side.
3Now, for the avocado spread, get one avocado, mash it with a fork and add salt, garlic, onion and lime juice.
4Season two chicken thighs with salt, garlic, onion, paprika, chili powder and add to the air fryer at 375 for 10 minutes.
5Remove the chicken from the air fryer and dunk and completely coat them in the habanero honey hot sauce.
6Once they're fully coated, add them back to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
7Slice the chicken into strips.
8Toast two pieces of your bread of choice (I used sourdough).
9Spread the avocado on the bread, then add pickled red onions.
10Layer on the chicken and pour over your leftover sauce.

Tips
These are the perfect balance of sweet and spicy and are as good as they look.
I actually recommend making these into a sandwich, just add an extra piece of bread on top.
