Directions
1
First, take the crab sticks that shred and slice them up.
2
Then, slice some green onion.
3
Break up the cooked salmon, that's leftover or you can bake just for this.
4
Add in the crab, green onion, softened cream cheese, sriracha, and kewpie mayo.
5
Mix until just combined and set aside.
6
Next, you need rice vinegar, sugar and salt, and heat that in the microwave to help dissolve it.
7
In a bowl, add in the hot white rice and mix in your rice seasoning in two sessions to make it easier to absorb.
8
Set that aside and in a baking pan, grease it with a little bit of sesame oil.
9
Then add in the seasoned rice for the bottom layer.
10
Sprinkle on some furikake just before layering the salmon and crab mixture on top.
11
Even it out and bake.
12
While it's baking, mix kewpie mayo and sriracha for drizzling on later.
13
After the salmon sushi bake is cooked, drizzle on the spicy mayo and unagi sauce.
14
Top with more furikake and green onions.
