Salmon Sushi Bake

Directions

  1. 1First, take the crab sticks that shred and slice them up.
  2. 2Then, slice some green onion.
  3. 3Break up the cooked salmon, that's leftover or you can bake just for this.
  4. 4Add in the crab, green onion, softened cream cheese, sriracha, and kewpie mayo.
  5. 5Mix until just combined and set aside.
  6. 6Next, you need rice vinegar, sugar and salt, and heat that in the microwave to help dissolve it.
  7. 7In a bowl, add in the hot white rice and mix in your rice seasoning in two sessions to make it easier to absorb.
  8. 8Set that aside and in a baking pan, grease it with a little bit of sesame oil.
  9. 9Then add in the seasoned rice for the bottom layer.
  10. 10Sprinkle on some furikake just before layering the salmon and crab mixture on top.
  11. 11Even it out and bake.
  12. 12While it's baking, mix kewpie mayo and sriracha for drizzling on later.
  13. 13After the salmon sushi bake is cooked, drizzle on the spicy mayo and unagi sauce.
  14. 14Top with more furikake and green onions.
