Directions

  1. 1Grate cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  2. 2Mix grated cheese with chili powder.
  3. 3Slice hot dogs in half lengthwise.
  4. 4Place hot dog buns on a baking sheet and add cheese mixture.
  5. 5Add jalapeno slices on top of cheese.
  6. 6Place hot dogs on top of the cheese and jalapenos.
  7. 7Grill hot dog buns on a lightly buttered flat top grill until golden brown.

  • 6 hot dogs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pinch Chili powder
  • 6 jalapeno slices
  • 6 hot dog buns
  • 1 tablespoon butter
