Directions

  1. 1Slice the onion with a mandoline slicer.
  2. 2Layer Italian shredded cheese mix onto a parchment-lined pan.
  3. 3Add the sliced onions.
  4. 4Add the cherry tomatoes and chopped basil leaves.
  5. 5Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until the edges get nice and crispy.
  6. 6Drizzle balsamic glaze on top.
  7. 7Add chili peppers and fresh basil.
  8. 8Cut the pizza into slices.
