1Prepare the sauce by blending together the roasted piquillo peppers, toasted hazelnuts, tomato sauce, parsley, salt, pepper, white wine vinegar, olive oil and toasted bread.
2Cut the toasted bread into small pieces.
3Add the cut bread to the blender.
4Blend again until smooth.
5Coat the burrata ball in flour, then dip in beaten egg and finally in crunchy breadcrumbs.
6Fry the breaded burrata in hot oil until golden brown.
7Spread the sauce on a plate.
8Place the fried burrata on top of the sauce.
9Garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of pepper.
