Directions

1Beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until thick and pale.
2Gradually stir in the bourbon, rum, half and half, and nutmeg.
3Whip the heavy whipping cream in a separate chilled bowl until it can stand in a peak.
4Fold the whipped cream into the egg mixture.
5Pour the mixture into a plastic container and refrigerate overnight.
6Shake the container before serving.
