Directions
- 1Beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until thick and pale.
- 2Gradually stir in the bourbon, rum, half and half, and nutmeg.
- 3Whip the heavy whipping cream in a separate chilled bowl until it can stand in a peak.
- 4Fold the whipped cream into the egg mixture.
- 5Pour the mixture into a plastic container and refrigerate overnight.
- 6Shake the container before serving.

- 1 cup rum
- 2 quarts half-and-half cream
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
