Directions

  1. 1In a mason jar, combine olive oil and white wine vinegar.
  2. 2Add a quarter cup of finely grated parmesan cheese.
  3. 3Add one tablespoon of mayonnaise.
  4. 4Add one teaspoon of sugar.
  5. 5Grate in one medium garlic clove.
  6. 6Add basil, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  7. 7Cover with the lid and shake vigorously to combine.
  8. 8Alternatively, whisk or blend until creamy and emulsified.
  9. 9Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 0.25 cup basil
  • 0.25 cup parsley
  • 0.25 cup oregano
  • 0.25 cup salt
  • 0.25 cup pepper
