Directions
- 1Add flour to a pan.
- 2Add mashed potatoes to the pan.
- 3Add milk to the pan.
- 4Stir the mixture in the pan.
- 5Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl.
- 6Add water to the bowl.
- 7Add more mashed potatoes to the bowl.
- 8Add sugar to the bowl.
- 9Add yeast to the bowl.
- 10Add half of the butter to the bowl.
- 11Add the boiled potatoes to the bowl.
- 12Place the bowl into the mixer to mash the potatoes.
- 13Add the remaining butter and salt to the mixer.
- 14Remove the dough from the mixer.
- 15Transfer the dough to a bowl.
- 16Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the oven to let the dough rise.
- 17Punch down the risen dough.
- 18Cut the dough into smaller pieces using a dough cutter.
- 19Roll the dough pieces into buns.
- 20Place the buns on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- 21Brush the buns with egg wash.
- 22Place the baking sheets into the oven.
