  1. 1Add flour to a pan.
  2. 2Add mashed potatoes to the pan.
  3. 3Add milk to the pan.
  4. 4Stir the mixture in the pan.
  5. 5Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl.
  6. 6Add water to the bowl.
  7. 7Add more mashed potatoes to the bowl.
  8. 8Add sugar to the bowl.
  9. 9Add yeast to the bowl.
  10. 10Add half of the butter to the bowl.
  11. 11Add the boiled potatoes to the bowl.
  12. 12Place the bowl into the mixer to mash the potatoes.
  13. 13Add the remaining butter and salt to the mixer.
  14. 14Remove the dough from the mixer.
  15. 15Transfer the dough to a bowl.
  16. 16Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the oven to let the dough rise.
  17. 17Punch down the risen dough.
  18. 18Cut the dough into smaller pieces using a dough cutter.
  19. 19Roll the dough pieces into buns.
  20. 20Place the buns on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  21. 21Brush the buns with egg wash.
  22. 22Place the baking sheets into the oven.
