Not-So-Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole

Directions

  1. 1Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Start browning your beef, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. 3Once your beef is just about done, add in your chopped onions.
  4. 4Cook until the beef is no longer pink and your onions are translucent.
  5. 5Set the cooked beef and onions aside.
  6. 6In a large mixing bowl, add in your thawed hash browns, cooked beef and onions, two cans of cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, paprika, and salt and pepper to preference.
  7. 7Mix everything together.
  8. 8Grab a 9x13 casserole dish and spray it with a little non-stick cooking spray.
  9. 9Add your hash brown mixture in and spread it out evenly.
  10. 10Add a little more paprika on top.
  11. 11Place into the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  12. 12After about 45 minutes, it should be looking good.
