2Add diced yellow onions to a pan and cook over medium-high heat until all water has evaporated and they begin to brown and stick to the pan.
3Deglaze the onions with small amounts of beef bone broth at a time, stir, and boil until the liquid is completely reduced. Repeat until 16oz of bone broth has been reduced.
4Add a dash of soy sauce for extra flavor and color.
5To the same pan, add 48oz of 93% extra-lean ground beef.
8Add half of the bone broth caramelized onions to the beef mixture.
9Add 200g 2% cheddar and 200g fat-free cheddar to the beef mixture.
10Mix until completely combined and the cheese has melted.
11Transfer the meat mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for a few minutes to let it thicken up.
12Add 120g light mayo, 120g plain Greek yogurt, 100g sugar-free ketchup, 4 tsp sweet relish, the other half of your caramelized onions, garlic, pepper, and salt to a bowl for the low-calorie burger sauce.
13Mix until completely smooth.
14Lay out a tortilla, spread a spoonful of the burger sauce, then add a portion of the meat mixture.
15Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from bottom to top to form a burrito.
16Repeat this process 14 times for all the tortillas.
17Store the burritos frozen.

Tips
Place meat mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for ~20 minutes to help it thicken and make rolling burritos easier.
When transferring meat mixture to a bowl, weigh the filling and divide the total weight by 14 to make perfectly evenly sized burritos.
To reheat: remove from freezer, wrap in a paper towel, microwave for 2 minutes to defrost, then air fry at 375 for 6-8 minutes to crisp up your tortilla
