Directions

  1. 1Blanch basil for 30 seconds
  2. 2Shock in ice water
  3. 3Squeeze water out
  4. 4Add all ingredients to a blender and puree
  5. 5Pass through a fine sieve
  6. 6Drizzle over burrata
