Directions

  1. 1Use a vegetable peeler to peel the zucchini into thin strips.
  2. 2Cut the zucchini strips in half.
  3. 3Add tomatoes to a pan.
  4. 4Add cream cheese to the pan.
  5. 5Use a garlic press to add garlic to the pan.
  6. 6Mix the ingredients in the pan with a wooden spoon.
  7. 7Pour water into the pan.
  8. 8Add the zucchini strips to the pan.
  9. 9Mix everything well with a wooden spoon.
  10. 10Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook.
  11. 11Garnish with a basil leaf.
  12. 12Serve and enjoy.
